Lovely Ladies

This song is written for every woman in the world who thinks she’s less than perfect, for whatever reason. It’s about all the women who aren’t supermodels, covergirls, or centerfolds. One woman in particular, my wife, has at times looked down on herself. I wanted her, especially, to know that she’s the most beautiful person I know. I feel that many women suffer with the illusion that, because they aren’t a centerfold, perhaps no one finds them beautiful. This illusion is maintained by popular media in all forms. Hopefully that is beginning to change slowly but surely. I hope that trend continues.
